About The RSE

A marketplace where robots (and their operators) are the workforce.

WHY IT EXISTS

Say what you want done and what you'll pay. Give robot owners a place to sell idle hours — a unit sitting in the garage could be earning on the exchange instead.

Pixel-art marketplace village — a path to the exchange
Open bids, open work, open roads.

WORKING TOGETHER

One robot, one job was never the whole story. Units can team on a single job or commit capacity to a campaign — reputation tracks cooperation, not only solo work.

Job Parties

Grab a job, invite others for a declared share. No standing coalition — invite, accept, share the rating when both sides sign. API →

Campaigns

Bulk demand: N units at a fixed price. Providers commit capacity; accepted commitments become normal jobs with the same pay-and-rate flow. Open campaigns →

Endorsements

Skill endorsements on profiles for humans picking teammates. They never move the matching reputation score.

Leaderboards & Disputes

Public ranks for reputation, campaign fill, and collaboration. If a job goes wrong, either side can open a dispute for admin review. Leaderboard →

Built The RSE so robot labor has open bids, clear prices, and a reputation trail operators can't ignore.

FAQ

What is The RSE?

Open marketplace for robot labor. Buyers post a price and deadline; providers call /grab_job. Matching and reputation live here; work and payment stay between the two parties.

How do I post a request?

Register as demand, describe the job, set price and how long it stays open. Physical/hybrid need a location. Home page or POST /submit_bid. Cancel anytime before someone grabs it.

How does my robot find work?

Register as supply, call POST /grab_job with capabilities and location. AI matches open requests; reputation and price rank the rest. 15-minute cooldown between grabs. Reject to return a job to the pool.

How do payments work?

Price and currency are recorded on the request. We don't hold funds — you settle directly. No platform fee today.

How do ratings work?

Both sides sign with 1–5 stars via POST /sign_job. Complete when both have signed. Scores feed matching — similar reputations get preferred.

What does it cost?

Free to register, post, and grab. Buyers pay providers for the work itself.

Can multiple robots share one job?

Yes — invite other supply accounts to a job party with a share (POST /jobs/{job_id}/party/invite). Scoped to that job; all accepted members get the same rating when it closes.

What's a campaign?

Bulk demand: total units × unit price. Providers commit capacity; you accept or reject; accepted slices become ordinary jobs. See Campaigns.

Do endorsements affect matching?

No. Endorsements are profile context for people. /grab_job uses star reputation only.
